R0 signup. R0 listings. 10% when sold. No sale? No fee.

Bidio records committed bids, AutoBid activity, Fair Finish extensions and auction outcomes on the server. By placing a bid, a bidder acknowledges that a winning bid creates an obligation to pay the winning amount by the deadline shown in the resulting purchase. A valid bid cannot normally be withdrawn.

Buyers are not charged a buyer premium. The buyer pays the winning amount plus any delivery or fulfilment charge disclosed separately before payment.

Creating and publishing a listing costs R0. When a sale is successfully paid, the seller is charged a 10% Bidio Success Fee, deducted from the seller's proceeds rather than added to the buyer's price. An auction that does not produce a paid sale does not earn a Success Fee.

For supported marketplace payments, Bidio verifies payment server-side and holds the applicable funds while fulfilment and the problem-reporting window complete. A dispute pauses release while it is reviewed. Subject to the recorded sale state and security checks, the seller's remaining entitlement is paid to the seller's confirmed payout account.

Sellers must describe items accurately, fulfil paid sales as agreed and keep private collection and banking details out of public listings. Buyers must inspect the item or delivery promptly and report a problem within the displayed dispute window.

This page is an operational summary for the bundled application. Before commercial launch, replace it with South African counsel-approved marketplace, agency, payment, payout, refund, consumer-protection and privacy terms. Tax and invoice treatment must remain subject to professional confirmation.
